Machining
Dunn Heat Exchangers is an industry leader in its machining capabilities. We utilize modern CNC drilling equipment, as well as the conventional Radial Arm Drills, Vertical Boring Mills, and Horizontal Boring Mills. 100% of all machining needs are performed in-house.
ASME Code Welding
Dunn Heat Exchangers is capable of meeting the most stringent welding requirements. We are capable of the fabrication and repair of most all materials. Dunn utilizes welding techniques such asSubmerged Arc Welding (SAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Gas Metallic Arc Welding (GMAW), and Shielded Metallic Arc Welding, (SMAW) and others. Inspection & Quality Assurance
Dunn Heat Exchangers utilizes in-house inspection personnel to maintain the quality your project requires. Our Inspection personnel are certified by or in accordance with American Society of Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT) SNT-TC-1A, American Petroleum Institute (API) 510, and American Welding Society AWS - CWI - CWE. As you can see, Dunn is well suited to handle all your project inspection requirements.
