As an ASME certified "U" and "R" shop, Dunn is qualified to
handle all ASME fabrication and repair requirements.

Quality Assurance
The company's Quality Assurance Department ensures that fabrication and repair needs meet the latest code requirements of ASME and TEMA. QA also helps customers determine the repairs required to return equipment to service as quickly as possible, minimizing critical unit downtime.

Dunn Quality Assurance personnel are certified by the American Society of Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT) SNT-TC-1A, American Petroleum Institute (API) 510, and American Welding Society AWS - CWI - CWE and in accordance with those standards.

Digital photographs of work in progress is a QA activity that is greatly appreciated by our customer's, especially those that are many miles from our facility. Office accommodations are provided toAuthorized Inspectors offering them safe, quiet, air-conditioned offices. Private phone lines are also provided for access to the Internet.
