Must be able to manage time and work quickly to meet deadlines

Salary $40,000 to $60,000 based on experience

Duties:

Regularly reviewing upcoming sales forecast to ensure the shop is staffed correctly for the expected workload.
Communicating the expected shop schedule with ample time for staff to prepare.
Daily organization of the physical space to ensure the most streamlined transfers between jobs.
Managing shop foreman to ensure scheduled work is being completed in the time allowed.
Meeting with customer representatives at the shop to explain progress.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of Supervisory \ Management Experience
Basic understanding of Heavy Metal Fabrication
Working knowledge of Industrial bolting practices
Industry experience with Heat Exchangers \ Pressure Vessels a plus but not a requirement

Salary $85,000 to $125,000 based on experience
